  1. blackboard util is a windows utility program.  it shows
  2. your drive information and has functions for running
  3. your main utility programs like windows scandisk, 
  4. registry editor, and the undocumented make compatable
  5. utility.  it also will edit your configuration files
  6. and show you directory and file info. it has a function
  7. to show you your open programs and what priority they
  8. are.

  10. to install in win95 or nt 4.x click on START then RUN
